°. RÉGIMEN SALARIAL Y PRESTACIONAL DE LOS FUNCIONARIOS Y EMPLEADOS DE LA UNIDAD DE INVESTIGACIÓN Y ACUSACIÓN, Y LA SECRETARÍA EJECUTIVA DE LA JURISDICCIÓN ESPECIAL PARA LA PAZ. Los funcionarios y empleados de la Unidad de Investigación y Acusación y de la Secretaría Ejecutiva, se les aplicará el régimen salarial y prestacional consagrado en los Decretos 989, 1009 y 1015 de 2017 y en las normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan, para los funcionarios y empleados de la Fiscalía General de la Nación.
