Artículo 8. Tarifa notarial para la capitalización. Para efectos de liquidar la tarifa de la función notarial, se considerarán como un acto sin cuantía las escrituras públicas referentes a reformas estatutarias que impliquen el aumento del capital autorizado del Fondo Nacional de Garantías S.A. - FNG – y cualquier otra operación que se lleve a cabo en virtud de lo establecido en este Decreto.
