º. Para que los Ministerios de Industrias y de Educación Nacional puedan registrar los diplomas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, se requiere que el interesado acredite su identidad personal y la autenticidad del diploma. Tal prueba consistirá en un certificado expedido por el Rector de la Escuela Superior de Agronomía y Veterinaria, el cual debe contener adherido el retrato del graduado, repisado con el sello de la Escuela y autenticado por el Director de Educación Pública del Departamento.
