Art. 8.º Tan luego como se promulgue la presente ley, el Poder Ejecutivo procederá á hacer rigurosa clasificacion de los pensionados por servicios prestados personalmente ó por los miembros de familia de que habla el artículo 6.º, á la causa de la Independencia, á fin de que dichos pensionados entren á gozar de los beneficios de preferencia que por este acto legislativo se les concede.
