De conformidad a los numerales 17 y 20 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Política de Colombia, autorizase al Gobierno Nacional, para planificar y desarrollar las siguientes obras de utilidad pública y de interés social en la ciudad de San Cayetano, Departamento de Cundinamarca, así:

a)

Construcción del internado para el Colegio Oficial de Segunda Enseñanza;

b)

Pavimentación de calles y plazas;

c)

Ensanche de la red del acueducto y alcantarillado;

d)

Construcción del palacio municipal;

e)

Electrificación rural del Municipio.
