Auxiliase al "Colegio de Barranquilla" con la suma de sesenta mil pesos ($60.000.00), con destino a la terminación y dotación del edificio en que actualmente funciona.

Esta suma se apropiara en el presupuesto de la próxima o de las siguientes vigencias.
