De esta entrega se dejara constancia por medio de un acta que firmara el Ministro saliente y la persona que reciba el archivo, y de la cual acta se extenderán tres ejemplares: el primero de ellos quedara en la Legación, el segundo será para resguardo del funcionario diplomático saliente, y el tercero se enviara al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores.
