SEDUCCION, USURPACION Y RETENCION ILEGAL DE MANDO. El que, con el propósito de cometer delito de rebelión o de sedición, sedujere personal de las Fuerzas Militares o de la Policía Nacional, usurpare o retuviere ilegalmente mando político, militar o policía, incurrirá en prisión de cuatro (4) meses a dos (2) años.
