La introducción exclusivamente para consumo dentro de las Unidades Especiales de Desarrollo Fronterizo, de bienes originarios de los países colindantes, requerirá certificado de venta libre del país de origen, registro sanitario aprobado por las autoridades nacionales competentes, cuando sea necesario, las cuales podrán delegar su otorgamiento en la respectiva autoridad sanitaria del departamento donde se encuentren ubicadas las Unidades Especiales de Desarrollo Fronterizo.
