Término para resolver la solicitud de viabilidad y disponibilidad inmediata . Los prestadores de los servicios públicos de acueducto y/o alcantarillado deberán decidir sobre la solicitud de viabilidad y disponibilidad inmediata de los mencionados servicios, dentro de los cuarenta y cinco (45) días calendario siguientes a la fecha de recepción de la solicitud presentada por el interesado. En todo caso ante la falta de respuesta se podrá acudir a los mecanismos legales para la protección del derecho de petición. (Decreto 3050 de 2013, artículo 5º).
