Vacaciones. Los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares tienen derecho a veinte (20) días de vacaciones, incluyendo los feriados, por cada año cumplido de servicio continuo.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Oficial o Suboficial se retire o sea retirado del servicio activo sin haber hecho uso de las vacaciones causadas, tendrá derecho al reconocimiento y pago de ellos liquidadas en base a los últimos haberes devengados, y a las correspondientes primas vacacionales, liquidadas con forme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 89 de este estatuto.
