Art 105. Si la Aduana no hubiere recibido el ejemplar de la factura certificada, i el introductor o consignatario sí, i los presentare a la Aduana en debida forma, siempre se procederá al reconocimiento de las mercancías ; i si de éste resultare que el contenido de los bultos no es conforme con el respectivo manifiesto, se condenará al introductor a pagar el mas alto derecho de introducción i ademas una multa de cinco por ciento adicional.

Parágrafo

En este caso, los bultos correspondientes a la 2.ª i 3.ª clase serán abiertos i examinados uno por uno para verificar su exactitud con la factura.
