Art. 1.º Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo para que, previas las formalidades que estime convenientes, envié a Europa a uno de los empleados Superiores de la Policía Nacional á que se perfeccione en el estudio práctico de las funciones de la Policía, conforme a la organización que esta institución tiene en las capitales europeas.
