Artículo sexto. El Gobierno podrá asignar, cuando lo estime necesario, y previo cumplimiento de las disposiciones contenidas en el artículo 7° del Decreto 2285 de 1968 y en el Decreto 131 de 1969, Prima Técnica a la persona que ocupe el cargo de Secretario General .
