En concordancia con el artículo anterior, la calificación de las empresas durante los cuatro (4) años siguientes a la fecha de publicación de este Decreto, será igual al puntaje señalado en la resolución de clasificación obtenida conforme a la Resolución 241 de 1971 expedida por el Instituto Nacional de Transporte y Tránsito. Con todo, la empresa podrá solicitar en cualquier tiempo una nueva calificación.
