El juez que profiera, modifique o revoque una medida de aseguramiento deberá informarlo a la Fiscalía General de la Nación y al Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad, DAS, a más tardar dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la decisión. Tales datos serán registrados y almacenados en el sistema de información que para el efecto llevará la Fiscalía General de la Nación.
