ARTICULO 4.2.0.4.- RECURSOS EN LA VIA GUBERNATIVA. Conforme a las normas generales que rigen el procedimiento administrativo no procede recurso alguno por la vía gubernativa contra los actos administrativos de carácter general, ni contra los de trámite, preparatorios o de ejecución que expida la Superintendencia de Valores, salvo los casos previstos en norma expresa. Contra los actos administrativos expedidos por la Superintendencia de Valores que pongan fin a una actuación administrativa, solo procederá por la vía gubernativa el recurso de reposición interpuesto en la forma establecida por el código contencioso administrativo, sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo siguiente.
