Todas las resoluciones que dicte el Consejo en materia de inscripción y en materia disciplinaria serán notificados y susceptibles del recurso de reposición en la forma y términos por el Decreto 2733 de 1959. Agotada la vía administrativa, habrá lugar a acción por la vía contencioso - administrativa.
