Requerimientos para control fuera de competencia . Con independencia de los procedimientos previstos por las Federaciones Deportivas Nacionales y atendiendo lo dispuesto por la Ley 845 de 2003, el Instituto Colombiano del Deporte, Coldeportes, podrá, fuera de las competencias, requerir a cualquier atleta para someterse a control al dopaje.
