Si hay dos o más Departamentos que quieran ponerse de acuerdo para la construcción de un solo Manicomio que atienda sus necesidades, podrán hacerlo, y en este caso, la Nación contribuirá con el cincuenta por ciento (50 por 100) del valor de la obra respectiva, siempre que se dé cumplimiento a lo dispuesto por los artículos 1° y 2° de la presente Ley.
