De Acuerdo Con El Decreto-Ley No 3210 De 1963 El Hospital Militar Central Se Hará Cargo De Los Bienes Muebles E Inmuebles Que Poseía El Instituto Creado Por Decreto Número 2775 De 1959, Al Que Sustituye Y Al Que Sucede En Todos Sus Derechos Y Obligaciones

º De acuerdo con el Decreto-Ley No 3210 de 1963 el Hospital Militar Central se hará cargo de los bienes muebles e inmuebles que poseía el Instituto creado por Decreto número 2775 de 1959, al que sustituye y al que sucede en todos sus derechos y obligaciones.

Parágrafo

En caso de incorporación o de creación de fundaciones dentro de la Institución, la Junta Directiva estará autorizada según el caso, para otorgar a los Administradores de las respectivas fundaciones, la autonomía que estime conveniente sin detrimento de la organización y estructura económicas asistenciales y académicas del Hospital Militar Central.
