Suspensión disciplinaria provisional . El superior con facultades disciplinarias podrá solicitar al ministro de Defensa Nacional o a la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional, según el caso, la suspensión, sin derecho a sueldo, hasta por sesenta, (60) días, de los Oficiales y Suboficiales que sean investigados por mala conducta, hasta tanto se adelante y falle la respectiva investigación.

Parágrafo

Si el Oficial o Suboficial suspendido resulta responsable de la falta, el retiro se producirá con la fecha de la suspensión. Si resultare absuelto se levantará la suspensión y se le cancelarán los haberes correspondientes. CAPITULO II . Del retiro
