Art. 25. La injuria inferida por los medios que se expresan en el artículo 14 a las personas o corporaciones designadas en el artículo 21, se castigará con diez días a dos meses de prisión y multa de cinco a cien pesos.

La injuria inferida a los particulares, cuando no haya sido precedida de una provocación, será castigada con prisión por cinco días a un mes y con multa de tres a cincuenta pesos.,
