° Las empresas de transporte legalmente constituidas con radio de acción metropolitano o urbano, podrán crear un departamento de servicio periférico, el cual será autorizado por la autoridad municipal competente con la sola presentación de la .solicitud de la empresa. Para efectos de la adjudicación de rutas y horarios periféricos se ajustarán a les requisitos y procedimientos señalados en el Decreto 1787 de 1930.
