La partida de $ 30.040 incluída en este Presupuesto para el pago de becas a estudiantes, se pagará solamente en 10 meses del presente año. Tanto las becas como los demás auxilios y pensiones de estudiantes para cuyo pago se han votado partidas en el presupuesto de gastos, se distribuirán por medio de resoluciones emanadas del Consejo Departamental de Becas y Pensiones y se reconocerán durante los doce meses del año.
