Junta de Licitaciones . Estará integrada por el Procurador General o su Delegado, el Secretario General, y los Jefes de las Divisiones Administrativa, Financiera y Jurídica.

PARAGRAFO: La Junta de Licitaciones se reunirá por convocatoria del Procurador General o del Secretario General, quien además la presidirá. Vigente desde: 28/07/1995 y hasta el: 21/02/2000
