A rtículo noveno . Los títulos de doctor conferido s legalmente por las universidades con anterioridad a este Decreto podrán seguir siendo usados por sus titulares. Las disposiciones anteriores en las cuales se exija el doctorado en medicina, en derecho, en filosofía y letras o en otras disciplinas, se entenderán cumplidas mediante los grados de médico, abogado, licenciado en filosofía y letras y las demás equivalencias que lógicamente resulten de las normas del presente Decreto.
