El gravamen sobre la tagua, de que trata el artículo anterior, solo regirá mientras subsista la libertad de explotación consagrada en el Código Fiscal y no sea posible por esta razón dar en arrendamiento o adjudicar a título de baldíos los bosques de tagua.
