º. COMISIÓN DE ESTUDIOS . La Dirección General podrá destinar en comisión de estudios en institutos diferentes a los de la Policía Nacional a los Agentes en servicio activo, preferencialmente aquellos que habiendo adquirido incapacidad física para la actividad policial sean aprovechables para continuar en servicio.
