Art. 4° La falta de estampillas de timbre nacional en los documentos que deben de varias, los errores aritméticos, y otras faltas que á juicio de la Oficina general no hagan indispensable la reposición de las cuentas en todo ó en parte sustancial, no serán motivo para la devolución de éstas. Los errores aritméticos se subsanarán, una vez fenecidas las cuentas mensuales, por contrapartidas ó partidas adicionales; de las estampillas que falten se hará cargo el responsable, conforme á la ley.
