Órganos de asesoría y coordinación: El Comité de coordinación del sistema de Control Interno, y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. El Presidente de la Compañía podrá crear comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para el estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas propios del funcionamiento de la Compañía.
