Jurisdicción del Curador Urbano. Los curadores urbanos únicamente podrán ejercer su función dentro de las zonas o áreas que les hayan sido asignadas por la autoridad municipal o distrital, que también podrá disponer que en algunas de dichas zonas o áreas solo tenga jurisdicción en curador.
