Quedan derogadas las disposiciones del Capítulo II del Título II del Libro 1° de Código Penal, en lo referente a medidas aplicables a los menores; los Capítulos II del Título V del Libro III, y III del Título II del Libro IV del Código de Procedimiento Penal, junto con las demás Leyes que sean contrarias a lo dispuesto en la presente Ley.
