Las disposiciones establecidas en la Resolución 734 de 1993, de la Superintendencia de valores, modificada por la Resolución 802 de 1993, que fueran aprobadas por el Gobierno Nacional mediante el Decreto 1450 de 1993, se aplicarán a los emisores de títulos inscritos en forma anticipada en el Registro Nacional de Valores e intermediarios en cuanto no sean contrarias a lo dispuesto en la Resolución 0512 del 28 de junio de 1995 de la Superintendencia de Valores.
