Artículo noveno. Previamente al estudio de la petición y documentos a que se refieren los artículos 6º y 7º por parte del Alcalde Municipal, este debe solicitar a la Beneficencia del respectivo Departamento, o a la Lotería Departamental donde no exista Beneficencia, concepto sobre el Plan de Premios y resumen presupuestal de que trata el Artículo anterior.
