El Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - DAS, en supresión y el Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - Fondas, continuarán ejecutando hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2011 en lo pertinente, las apropiaciones comprometidas por el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - DAS, en supresión y el Fondo Rotatorio del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad - Fondas, con anterioridad a la expedición del presente decreto. De igual manera se aplicará este procedimiento para la ejecución de las Cuentas por Pagar y las Reservas Presupuestales de las vigencias de 2010 y 2011.
