° Hogares que pueden recibir el Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda. El Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda de que trata el Capítulo II de la Ley 3ª de 1991, se otorgará a los hogares que carecen de recursos suficientes para obtener una solución de vivienda de interés social, que cumplan con las condiciones que se señalan en la Ley, en el presente Decreto y en las reglamentaciones que para tal efecto expidan el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero.
