El Gobierno reglamentará y supervigilará los precios de los vehículos automotores y de la maquinaria agrícola y sus repuestos, y establecerá sanciones de multa hasta por veinte mil pesos ($20.000.00), para quienes infrinjan las reglamentaciones que él dicte.

Parágrafo

Queda igualmente autorizado el Gobierno para reglamentar las importaciones y el mantenimiento por los importadores y distribuidores de repuestos suficientes para atender oportunamente la demanda de tales elementos.
