El organismo de tránsito repetirá contra el funcionario o exfuncionario a fin de que responda civil y administrativamente por los perjuicios que cause a éste, por hechos u omisiones ocurridos en el ejercicio de su cargo y que ocasionen la imposición de cualquiera de las sanciones a que se refiere el presente Decreto.
