Artículo Quinto. La incorporación de los actuales servidores de la Unidad Admnistrativa Especial de Campañas Directas del Ministerio de Salud a los cargos de que trata el Artículo Segundo de este Decreto, así como la posesión en el nuevo cargo, deberá realizarse en el término de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto.
