Los Fondos de Inversión, los Fondos de Valores, los Fondos de Pensiones de Jubilación e Invalidez, los consorcios y similares, deben efectuar las retenciones en la fuente que establecen las disposiciones pertinentes y cumplir con las demás obligaciones a que están sometidos los agentes de retención en la fuente. Así mismo se someten a las sanciones que por incumplimiento establece la ley para los retenedores.
