Para tener derecho al Descuento Arancelario Específico Equivalente, el importador deberá cumplir con las obligaciones señaladas en los respectivos convenios marco y acuerdos de absorción, lo cual se acreditará mediante el visto bueno que, en el respectivo registro de importación, expida el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, según lo previsto en el Decreto 2439 de 1994.
