º El Fondo Agropecuario de Garantías -FAG- tendrá por objeto respaldar los créditos redescontables en el Fondo Financiero Agropecuario de los beneficiarios que no puedan ofrecer las garantías exigidas normalmente por los intermediarios financieros y que se otorguen a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, salvo los casos excepcionales que autorice el Comité Administrativo del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario.
