DOCUMENTO SOPORTE DEL VALOR. El Documento Soporte del Valor contendrá la información técnica referida a los elementos hecho y las circunstancias comerciales que han determinado la base gravable declarada, y tendrá por objeto facilitar al declarante el cálculo del valor aduanero de las mercancías importadas y permitir una eventual revisión o verificación por parte de la autoridad aduanera. Para tal efecto, el Documento Soporte del Valor, cuyo formato y contenido establecerá la Dirección de Aduanas Nacionales, deberá ser conservado por el importador conforme al artículo 32 del Decreto 1909 de 1992.
