Restricciones para la minería de subsistencia en zonas tituladas . En las zonas en donde operen dragas, equipo y maquinaria minera, no podrá ejercerse el barequeo dentro del radio de acción de estas, y en ningún caso, a una distancia menor de trescientos (300) metros del sitio en donde éstas funcionen, condición que debe ser controlada por el titular del derecho minero.
