°. Ordénase el cierre de los pasos terrestres autorizados de frontera, durante el lapso comprendido entre las 4:00 a. m. y las 4:00 p. m., del 14 de marzo de 2010.

Parágrafo

Se exceptúan de la citada restricción, los tránsitos que deban realizarse por razones de caso fortuito o fuerza mayor.
