En Cada Municipio Habrá Dos Cárceles: Una Para Hombres Y Otra Para Mujeres, Ó Una Sola Cárcel Con Dos Departamentos Distintos Y Perfectamente Aislados Uno De Otro

En cada Municipio habrá dos Cárceles: una para hombres y otra para mujeres, ó una sola Cárcel con dos departamentos distintos y perfectamente aislados uno de otro. Aquellos ó este edificio en las capitales de las Intendencias constituirá la Cárcel del Circuito, destinada para cumplir las penas de presidio, reclusión y arresto, y tendrán además un departamento especial para habitación del Director del Establecimiento.

Parágrafo

Este empleado será nombrado por el Intendente. CAPITULO VIII POLICÍA.
