Propuesta de adjudicación directa del liquidador. Para efectos de la aplicación del último inciso del artículo 6 del Decreto Legislativo 772 de 2020, el liquidador podrá presentar directamente al Juez del Concurso, sin necesidad de votación de los acreedores, una propuesta de adjudicación de bienes que incluya la adjudicación de unidades de bienes a acreedores o entre grupos de acreedores, preservando las prelaciones legales.
