Apruébese como parte integrante de la Parte General del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo e incorpórese como anexo de la presente ley, el documento "Bases del Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2010-2014 Prosperidad para Todos", elaborado por el Gobierno Nacional con la participación del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura y del Consejo Nacional de Planeación, con las modificaciones realizadas en el trámite legislativo.

El documento que se incorpora a la presente ley corresponde al publicado en la Gaceta del Congreso de la República como anexo a la ponencia para segundo debate.
