Art. 2°. Los precios de la sal fijados en el artículo precedente no podrán variarse sino en la proporcion de un veinticinco por ciento en los casos de trastorno del orden público interior o de guerra exterior; y la variacion no podrá decretarse sino cuando el caso de perturbacion o de guerra haya sido oficialmente reconocido por el Poder Ejecutivo; pero regirán los precios fijados en esta ley tan luego como la paz se haya restablecido.
